12.

The description of the cargo on board, number of

packages and weight and number of passengers.

The place from which the junk sailed on her voyage to

the Colony and the date of departure from such

place.

The Master of every junk about to leave her anchorage at

any port of the Colony shall six hours before the time of the

intended departure of such junk hoist at the highest masthead such

flag or signal as shall, from time to time, be specified by the

Harbour Master, and also shall give notice of such intending

departure by handing an export manifest giving full particulars as to

the nature of the proposed xxxx voyage, together with the general

character of cargo, number of packagos with weight and particulars

of any arms, ammunition, and other such articles on board, at the

Harbour Master's Office or Station as the case may be. The destination

of the junk, description of the cargo, passengers and the date of

departure shall be stated in this vegister.

13.

No junk shall leave any port in the Colony without a

Clearance, unless the safety of the vessel (through stress of

weather) shall render it necessary and in such case, she shall return

to her former anchorage or place in port when such ascessity for

leaving it shall have ceased.

14.

Junks engaged solely in fishing must take out upon payment of prescribed gees a fishing licence. Such junks shall exhibit the

letter 'F' and a number on her sails and in large figures on each

side of the hull, as directed by the Harbour Office. Under no

condition is a fishing junk to carry cargo unless the Fishing Licence be surrendered to the Harbour # Office and exchanged for a

Trading Licence on payment of the necessary fee.
